Ford has finally set a date for the release of its new Bronco.
The date is set for a month later, and the model will be unveiled to VW on July 9.
The developer did not comment on leaked photos of the car until July, when it revealed what it would look like.
In 2017, the developer announced plans to revive The Bronco, which had been scheduled to make an SUV debut this spring, but had to postpone it for an unspecified number of days because of the outbreak.
The new model has undergone many changes to compete with the Wrangler. Both models have removable doors and roofs, wide styling, high ground clearance and rear mounted spare tires.
However, the developer has not yet announced which engine it will use, possibly a turbocharged 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine or a 2-7 liter twin-turbocharged V-6 with a manual transmission.
The new model will be available in 2021 with a starting price of $30,000.
