   Car Oil Filter Introduction:

   During work of engine, metal grindings, dust, carbon and colloidal precipitate oxygenated in high temperature and water come into the lube. The filter’s function is to get away the mechanical admixture and colloidal keeping the clean of the lube prolonging the work life of it. The car oil filter is strong in filtering function and least in resistance. In common situations, the lube system has several different filters such as suction filter, colander and fine filter in parallel or in series of the main oil tube. Filter tandem with the main oil tube is called full flow filter in which the lube filtered. Shut-wound filter with the main tube is pass filter. Modern cars usually have only suction filter or full flow filter.

   Technical features:

   Filter paper. Oil filter requirements for the filter paper are higher than that of air filter. That’s due to the temperature of the oil from 0 ℃ to 300 ℃. During the severe change, the oil concentration change accordingly. That will affect the filter’s flow. Top class oil filter paper can filter the oil maintaining the enough flow in severe temperature change.

   Rubber seal. Top class oil filter is seal is made of special rubber which is oil leak resisting 100%.

    Back flow resisting valve. Only top class oil filter has this valve. When the engine is stopped, it can prevent the dry of oil filter. When the engine is restarted, it can produce pressure instantly for the engine oil lubrication.

    Relief valve. Only the top class filter has this valve. When the outside temperature is reducing to a specific point or the filter is over the working life, the valve opens under special pressure making the unfiltered oil back into the engine. Although the method makes the impurity come into the engine, it has less harm than the running out of oil. So the relief valve is to protect the engine in emergency.
