Car Fuel Pump
Car fuel pump is the pump for pumping the oil into the voyage engine.
Goal:
Car fuel pump transmits high pressure fuel oil for pipes to keep the nozzle providing enough oil for the pump working and starting. If the engine is stopped but the lighter is still on, HFM-SFI will shut the power for the fire accidents.
Form:
Fuel pump is formed by engine, pressure limiter and checking valve. The engine is in the pump cover without accidents for safety because the inner of the cover has nothing for lighting. The oil can lubricate and cool down the engine. The outlet has checking valves. The limiter is on the pressure side with a channel to inlet.
Principle:
When the rotor is turning, the running pulley is pressed outside by centrifugal pull. Like a turning seal, the pump turns when the rotor is running for the inlet of oil and come into the oil system. When the pump is shut down, the check valves shut down keep the oil from back into the tank through the pump. Checking valve keeping oil pipe pressure is called left pressure.
Fuel pump max pressure relies on the limiter standard. If the pressure is over the predetermined pressure, the limiter will open the channel for the inlet to the fuel pump.
