Nissan has designed a new electric crossover.

Nissan officials confirmed and announced the design of the new Ariya EV.Ariya EV’s size is similar to that of Rogue.Ariya EV’s model was launched in 2019 and will soon be in mass production, with Ariya EV scheduled to be on the market in 2022.

Nissan is offering two versions of the Ariya EV, a single-motor layout with 215 HP and 221IB-FT torque, and a dual-motor version with 389 HP and 443 LB-F.The single-motor layout Ariya EV will have a front-wheel drive, while the dual-motor version will have an E-4ORce all-wheel drive.

About battery, Nissan offers two battery packs, and both motor versions of the Ariya EV can choose from different battery packs.One is a standard battery with a power of 63.0kwh and the other is a larger battery with a power of 87.0kwh.

The single-motor Ariya EV has a large battery pack that can travel up to 300 miles on a single charge.In the standard battery pack version, the Ariya EV is also equipped with a single-pedal drive feature from Nissan’s regenerative braking system.

The 2020 Ariya EV changes the front grille to a “shield-type” grille with a new Nissan logo and a more futuristic look.The Ariya EV is wider and lower than other models, with a longer wheelbase than the Rogue’s 182.9 wheelbase.

The Ariya EV has five seats, two large 12.3-inch screens, one that functions as a dashboard, one that provides an infotainment system, and an array of touch-capacitive HVAC buttons as well as wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The Ariya EV is also equipped with ProPilot 2.0, which provides drivers with assistance in lane changing, automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, and more.

Ariya EV will officially go on sale in Japan in 2021, and the U.S. market will be a few months later.He will sell for more than $40,000.
