Dodge distinguished itself in the muscle-car category, FCA added a 6.2 liter supercharged V-8 engine to the Hellcat series, the Challenger Hellcat, the Charger Hellcat, and even the Jeep Grand Cherokee Hellcat, all of which saw sales increase thanks to FAC’s reputation.
The Only thing missing from the Hellcat series is a seven-seater SUV with the same engine

With the launch of its new Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat in 20201, the Hellcat collection fills that void. Unfortunately, it will only be on sale for a year.

The 6.2-liter turbocharged V-8 provides the Durango SRT Hellcat with 710 horsepower and 645 LB-FT of torque, along with a four-wheel drive and Torqueflite 8HP95 eight-speed automatic transmission.

Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat is officially reported by Dodge to accelerate to 60 MPH in 3.5 seconds and is certified by THE NHRA. These messages have not been confirmed by multiple sources, but at 3.4 seconds for the Jeep Grand Cherokee, they are likely to be true.

The Dodge Durango SRT Hellca’s exterior was updated to add two cool air intches to the vehicle and change the fog lamp style to provide oil cooler and engine air.

More officially from the FCA, Durango SRT Hellcat is only available in the market for a year, but as long as there is significant demand, the FCA says it will consider continuing to roll it out.
