Recently, Kia has released more details of the models that attract public attention, and will launch the new Sorento next year, which has been redesigned.

Medium sized SUVs are already on the global market and are expected to be launched in the United States by the end of this year, along with hybrid and X-line models for off-road use.

The developer will use the naturally aspirated 2.5-liter in-line four cylinder engine as the base engine, which can provide 191 horsepower and 181 LB ft of torque. The developer also has three options for customers: front wheel drive, all wheel drive, and eight speed automatic transmission.

In addition to the above engines, there is a turbocharged 2.5-liter in-line four cylinder engine, which can provide 281 horsepower and 311 LB ft torque to the vehicle.

Customers who like the hybrid Sorento also have the option of front wheel drive. They will use a 1.6-liter turbocharged in-line four cylinder engine, which can provide 227 horsepower to the vehicle.

The all wheel drive plug-in hybrid will also be available in the United States, but not next year.

The developer also has LX, s, ex, SX and SX prestige variants and X-line kits. The X-line kit will increase ride height by an inch and upgrade bumpers, wheels and roof racks.

All Sorento models will be equipped with three rows of seats. It can hold seven people.

Other features include eight USB ports, 8.0-inch infotainment screen, digital dashboard, 360 degree camera, etc.

The model is expected to arrive at U.S. dealers by the end of this year. Before that, the price of this model should be announced.
