Recently, news broke that FCA is developing a new truck for its Ram, this new model carries the Dakota nameplate. However, the developer did not disclose to the outside world the news of the new truck released in North America, but Ram has already launched a small pickup truck in the southern market.

Ram 700 also has a redesigned version called Fiat Strada, launched in Mexico and other parts of Latin America. Although the styling of this model is quite different from the traditional pickup, the specifications are similar.

The developer has prepared SLT and Laramie interiors. No matter which model it is, it will be equipped with a 1.4-liter inline four-cylinder engine; the top Big Horn variant will be equipped with a 1.3-liter turbo four-cylinder engine. They will all be paired with manual transmissions and equipped with front-wheel drive.

It is reported that American developers are very interested in the small pickup truck market. FCA may enter this field with Ram 700.
