A month after its debut, the new Jeep Grand Caravan went into production. Although the original concept is the same, the models are different in style.

According to the leaked photos, the SUV will have smaller wheels and tires, better lighting elements and a slightly softer grille.

There has been no official announcement on the size of the tyres, but photographs suggest they will be smaller than the 24 inches seen in the Grand Wagoneer concept car.

But the developer will likely offer customers a larger choice of tires, possibly between 20 and 22 inches, as that is standard in SUVs.

Among other changes, the most striking are the grille shape and headlights. Not only did they lack the fancy teak decor, but the taillights were redesigned for a more low-key look.

Variants of the Full-size SUVs, the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer, will have the same frame structure as the Ram 1500 pickup, but with several differences, including a separate rear suspension. The standard equipment contains three rows of seats.

The company has previously introduced the Grand Wagoneer concept with a plug-in hybrid powertrain, and is now likely to offer petrol-powered V-6 and V-8 engines.

The price of a full-size SUV is about $60,000. Production of the aforementioned Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer is expected to begin in summer 2021.
